Selahattin Aydın
Selahattin AYDIN

Chairman of the Board

Selahattin Aydın graduated from New Porty University with a master's degree. In 1982, he started his professional career at the Turkish Touring and Automobile Association, where he worked as a Manager until 1995. He then worked as General Manager at Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality until 2004 and as Secretary General at the Turkish Basketball Federation between 2005 and 2006. In 2009, he founded Anahat Holding and continued as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. Since 2024, he has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vezne24 Tahsilat Sistemleri ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. He speaks English fluently.

Mikhail Aydın
Mıkhail AYDIN

Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mıkhail Aydin graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Technical Sciences and a Master's degree in Economics from the Moscow Institute of International Relations, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. He holds a Master's degree in Blockchain Engineering from the State University, a Master's degree in International Law from the Moscow Institute of International Relations, and a Master's degree in Digital Transformation from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. Mıkhail Aydın started his professional career as the Head of Telecommunication Software Development Department at SiBOSS Development International LLC (MTS Russia) between 2004-2009, and has held senior positions such as Planning and Finance Director, IT Director, Deputy General Manager, and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Anahat Holding. Since 2024, he has been the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Vezne24 Tahsilat Sistemleri ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. He speaks English and Russian.

Aliye ERTUĞRUL

Board Member

Aliye Ertugrul graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law in 2010 and obtained her license as a lawyer in 2011. Aliye Ertuğrul established Ertuğrul Law and Consultancy office in 2011 and has been active in various areas of law for many years. At the same time, Aliye Ertuğrul graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Institute of Social Sciences Human Rights Law Master's program in 2015. Since 2024, she has been serving as a Board Member at Vezne24 Tahsilat Sistemleri ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. She speaks English fluently.

Ertuğrul KARALİ

Board Member

Ertuğrul Karali graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law with a Bachelor's degree. He started his professional career as a lawyer at Karacabey Law Office between 2001 and 2003. Ertuğrul Karali has been a Board Member at Vezne24 Tahsilat Sistemleri ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. since 2024 and speaks English.

Murat SARI

Board Member & General Manager

Murat Sarı was born in Istanbul in 1988. In 2009, he graduated from Maltepe University, Department of Accounting and Computer Programming, in 2015 he graduated from Anadolu University, Department of Economics, in 2015 he graduated from Haifa University, School of Financial Terrorism and Politics, in 2015 he graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Political Science and International Relations, in 2018. He started his professional career as a Capital Specialist at the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce in 2009. Within the framework of the international relations education she received; she has a good command of foreign policy, international conflict and negotiation, war, nuclear proliferation, terrorism, international trade and economy and international development and is fluent in English and Hebrew. Since 2023, he has been serving as a Board Member and General Manager at Vezne24 Tahsilat Sistemleri ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş.

Gülşah Erdem
Gülşah Erdem

Internal Control Manager

Gülşah ERDEM was born in 1987 in Aydın. After completing her primary, secondary, and high school education in Aydın, she pursued her university studies at Gazi University, where she graduated from the Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations. She began her professional career at Erişim Müşteri Hizmetleri, a subsidiary of İş Bank, where she initially worked in Customer Services before advancing to the role of Team Leader. With approximately three years of experience in Payment Institutions, Erdem worked as a Risk Management Officer at TRPOS Ödeme Kuruluşu A.Ş. in 2024, specializing in risk management during this period. Since 2025, she has been serving as the Internal Control Manager at Vezne24 Tahsilat Sistemleri ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş.
